At Nutzora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items purchased under special offers or clearance sales (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at care@nutzora.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Share clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect item received).

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the return process.

Do not send products back without approval from our support team.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return as per eligibility criteria.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider.
